Originally bought the bed from another furniture provider. Was told AFTER it never shipped that it got extended another 2 months. Checked RC Willey and was able to pick up same day.

I always have a wonderful experience at RC Willey in Henderson. Julia Feil is fantastic. She has helped me with all my home furnishing needs and her customer service is exemplary. I’m a loyal customer to RC Willey and will continue to be because of the customer service I receive from Julia and the rest of the staff at RC Willey in Henderson and not to mention the beautiful home furnishings!

My daughter broke her bed I went online to see what inventory RC Willey had I’ve always loved RC Willey we found a bed that my daughter loved within a very short amount of time was able to purchase it online very easy process

Still pissed off livid crazy mad….never again RC Willey

CAUTION, Read back of receipt when you purchase carpet and see noted AFTER CARPET INSTALLATION

So when you spend over $ 3161 dollars to have new carpet in hallway, living room and 2 flights of stairs you think the men they send out to lay the carpet would be experts.

RC Willey assured me they were the best.
NOTE….carpet layers are contracted.

As far as being the best it was after they were done, heart broke disappointment !

I gutted the the house, spent 7 weeks, 10 hour days, everyday painting walls, sanding and painting all wood trim at bottom of walls. 10 new doors, new door hinges, new door knobs, all new light fixtures. I spent 2 days sanding and painting 28 side boards on 2 flights of stairs. The house was absolutely beautiful when I was done.

Now for the carpet being installed. Three men arrive and I’m thinking great, they will have it done in a day. All they had to do was lay carpet, the floors were bare. Only place that had tact strips were on the stairs. Within minutes one of the men grabs a long crow bar and starts ripping out the the tack strips. It was like watching a bull destroying all the sanding and painting that I spent 2 days on, 16 hours of labor. Every side board was damaged, chips, dings, scuff marks on ever one. Horrible.

As for the other 2 men they were just as brutal. All wood trims at bottom of walls that were sanded and painted received the same. Not one wood trim was spared, chips, dings, scuff marks on all wood trim. Not just a few but dozens and dozens. They even dinged and scuffed the walls, hand prints on the walls, hand prints on the doors. How does that happen, you are laying carpet, how do you get dirty hands from laying clean new carpet. When stretching the carpet they only used a buck board. Every place he laid the buckboard it was up against the wood trim. It’s when he bucked it with his KNEE it took out chips of wood or left a huge ding on the wood trim.

They did not use the carpet stretcher that lays across the room and stretch it properly.

As for cutting and laying the carpet there are areas you see and think that is horrible.

Immediately after they leave I started cleaning up the mess. As I vacuumed the new carpet I noticed my vacuum lifts the carpet. This does not happen in the other rooms with carpet. So I waited 6 days before I called the top Manager of RC Willey in Layton Utah to give myself time to calm down. Started repairing the walls, wood trim and paint as needed. 6 days later and I’m still finding stuff they ruined.

Made the call on day 6 and I was still absolutely livid. Crazy mad, still pissed off livid. Within 2 hours the top Manage of Layton store and a service rep for carpet came out to my house. Took pictures, told me they have a professional carpet repair guy who will be out to fix and repair as needed, THE CARPET ONLY. No mention of hours I’ve spent cleaning up the damage on walls, doors, stairway and wood trim and repaint.

So this must be an ongoing to have a full time professional Carpet REPAIR man…. WHY

Shame on RC Willey, your guilt is having a carpet guy on contract to clean up the mess.

These professional people that are contracted by RC Willey have no respect for your home, no respect for the had work you did or the money you spent to have something nice.

After this I will never do business again with RC Willey…. Never again !

But this last purchase was for 5 major appliances and was complicated. Zachary Kondrk is EXCEPTIONAL! If you are looking for any kind of appliance seek out Zachary. You’ll be given stellar service. He’s knowledgeable about every appliance on the floor, knows what packages will give you the best price and you’ll get an honest answer to all of your questions.

He goes out of his way, above and beyond, to help with any concerns that may arise. He’s personable, knowledgeable and has a very positive personality. Thank you Zachary! You are the best!

RC Willey does a wonderful service giving back to the community. Most recently they awarded a gift card to a retired USAF senior. Kersti MacAllister is a great and very efficient furniture salesperson who helped us through the process. Thanks to Scott Landon for your compassion. We highly recommend RC Willey!

Service was good

I worked with Troy in the flooring department while we were building our home. He was incredible, I have never met a salesman like him that actually wants to work and help their customer, and isn’t overly pushy. Even on his days off he would respond to my questions that I had. He really does care about his customers, and getting them what they want, and will need. Our flooring was suppose to be installed later than the we expected, but Troy got on top of it right away, and found someone to come earlier. He is very friendly, and fun to talk to. The men that he sent out to do our floors were amazing! They got it done within two days! Which was truly a blessing. Troy checked in not only once, but a few times to ensure that we were absolutely happy with our flooring. Great guy, great worker. RC Willey’s is very lucky to have a hard worker like Troy. Thanks again, my family and I appreciate all that you’ve done for our home.
